Case Study
The goal was to provide a convenient and seamless ordering experience for customers. It also allows customers to reduce their time waiting for their order by not having to wait in line. This encourages customers to visit the store again as they realize the ease and quickness of placing an order without having to be present in the store. The target audience of the app is for users interested in online buying and those who want a convenient way to place orders with all the details right in front of them. I started by researching other coffee shop and bakery apps as well as websites where customers can order using their devices. I analyzed their online features and user feedback. I created wireframes to structure all aspects of the mobile app, utilized user testing and finalized a high fidelity version. With these, I created mockups of the screens. Easy navigation, browsing the menu, placing orders and making payments were a few features that help to enhance the experience for users.
